Welcome to Nivaria Beach. You just arrived at your new home in Tenerife. Now you just need to unpack your luggage and enjoy your stay. But before, let us inform you about a few things you must know from Nivaria Beach.

• The key cards allow you to enter the room, pool, garage and also to open the lateral gates of the complex. The lateral gates schedule is the following

Monday to Sunday: 7:00 – 23:00 h

 

• The laundry is next to the garage. There you will find some washing and drying machines for guests use that works with “C Clean” APP. The schedule is the following:

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 – 20:00 h

Monday to Sunday 7:00 – 24:00 h.

 

• Pool schedule: The underage that do not know how to swim are not allowed to go to the pool without adult supervision. It is important to respect the pool rules.
• Summer schedule: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 20:00 h
• Winter schedule: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00 h

 

• Each apartment has its own garage number, you can check it in your keyholder.

 

• The TV is a Smart TV, you can use different apps like Netflix or HBO. To install does apps you must press HOME on your TV controller, then press apps on the menu and then go into Google Play Store, log in with your google email and password, and finally, search for the app you need. Every time a checkout is done, the TV automatically resetsLos

 

• You can check your bill in the top right corner of the TV.

 

• It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments and villas. dentro de los apartamentos y villas.

 

• It is not allowed to make noise or activities that do not let other guests rest between 22:00 and 10:00.

 

• Do not throw baby wipes or similars through the toilet.

 

• No pets are allowed without permission.

 

• Check-out is at 11:00 AM You can ask for a Late Check-out. It has an extra cost of 10€/hour.
